Every wellness journey begins somewhere, and mine was no different. Before I was a devoted health and wellness coach, a seasoned sports nutritionist, and a passionate clinical nutritionist, I was just another individual navigating the complex maze of health and wellbeing.
On the rollercoaster of life, I’ve grappled with the giants we've all likely faced at some point: the relentless pursuit of perfection, the slippery slope of disordered eating, recurring injuries, and lifestyle habits that felt more like running a never-ending marathon. I’ve been acquainted with anxiety and low moods, punctuated by the occasional existential and identity crisis, it’s been wild to say the least at times, my dear friends.
But it was in those whirlwind experiences that I discovered a profound truth: wellness is not about chasing an impossible ideal or adhering to a one-size-fits-all regimen. It's about understanding, accepting, and nurturing our unique bodies with empathy, knowledge, and unyielding dedication.
